1. Case summary
Client question, clip description, platforms checked, date of review.
2. Method
Keyframes used, engines queried (e.g. Google Lens, Bing, Yandex, TinEye), and any audio/transcript notes if provided.
3. Candidate sources
Table of URLs, platforms, earliest visible dates, and confidence notes. “Likely earliest public copy” is labeled cautiously when evidence supports it.
4. Timeline narrative
Short prose of how the clip appears to have spread.
5. Limits & contradictions
Index blind spots, private accounts, edited variants, and what we could not verify.
6. Suggested next steps
